CDC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,409 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P46, PHOX2B-AS1, and RNU6-273P. Each is linked with CDC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC7-to-partner and partner-to-CDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P46 grouped by CDC7-low versus CDC7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
