CDC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52K1, PCARE, and C8orf86. Each is linked with CDC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC7-to-partner and partner-to-CDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52K1 grouped by CDC7-low versus CDC7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
