CDC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,397 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPM, CENPO, and MCM10. Each is linked with CDC6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC6-to-partner and partner-to-CDC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC6 versus HNRNPM in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
