CDC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, OPN4, and ZNF831. Each is linked with CDC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC6-to-partner and partner-to-CDC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by CDC6-low versus CDC6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
