Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC42SE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,153 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42SE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LNPEP, HINT1, and MAT2B. Each is linked with CDC42SE2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42SE2-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42SE2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC42SE2 versus LNPEP in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC42SE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC42SE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
