Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC42P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDC42P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CDC42P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC42P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ACC show a favorable association.

UCEC, UVM, and SKCM are the cancer types where CDC42P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
