CDC42P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC42P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,559 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC42P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BZW1P2, EIF4HP1, and CDC42P6. Each is linked with CDC42P2 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42P2-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC42P2 versus BZW1P2 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC42P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC42P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
