Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC42EP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,843 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42EP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of centriole replication, Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, and Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with CDC42EP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42EP5-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42EP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of centriole replication grouped by CDC42EP5-low versus CDC42EP5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
