Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC42EP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,653 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42EP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Modulation of process of another organism, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with CDC42EP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42EP4-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42EP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by CDC42EP4-low versus CDC42EP4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
