Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC42EP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC42EP3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CDC42EP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC42EP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CDC42EP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
