Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC42EP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,913 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42EP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRPF3, HIVEP1, and MZF1. Each is linked with CDC42EP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42EP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42EP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRPF3 grouped by CDC42EP1-low versus CDC42EP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC42EP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC42EP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
