Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC42BPG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC42BPG data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher CDC42BPG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC42BPG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
THYM, DLBC, and SCLC are the cancer types where CDC42BPG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
