Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC42BPG mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC42BPG data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CDC42BPG mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC42BPG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where CDC42BPG mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
