Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC42BPA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC42BPA data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CDC42BPA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC42BPA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BRCA show a favorable association.
KIRP, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where CDC42BPA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
