Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC42BPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,661 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC42BPA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Vesicle tethering, and Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with CDC42BPA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42BPA-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42BPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Golgi vesicle transport grouped by CDC42BPA-low versus CDC42BPA-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
