CDC40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC40 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC40-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P56, LIN28AP2, and GBP5. Each is linked with CDC40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC40-to-partner and partner-to-CDC40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P56 grouped by CDC40-low versus CDC40-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC40→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
