Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC37L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC37L1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CDC37L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC37L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where CDC37L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
