Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC37L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,035 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC37L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of neutrophil activation, and Regulation of post-transcriptional gene silencing. Each is linked with CDC37L1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC37L1-to-partner and partner-to-CDC37L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by CDC37L1-low versus CDC37L1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
