CDC37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,204 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC37-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-13, SNORA10B, and RNU2-50P. Each is linked with CDC37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC37-to-partner and partner-to-CDC37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-13 grouped by CDC37-low versus CDC37-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC37→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
