Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC37 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC37-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, N-Cadherin, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with CDC37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC37-to-partner and partner-to-CDC37 results are reported.
