Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,722 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC37-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and snRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with CDC37 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC37-to-partner and partner-to-CDC37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process grouped by CDC37-low versus CDC37-high in BONE.
