CDC37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC37-associated genes across cancer lineages are GH2, CCDC105, and OR9Q1. Each is linked with CDC37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC37-to-partner and partner-to-CDC37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GH2 grouped by CDC37-low versus CDC37-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC37→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
