CDC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, BPY2DP, and ATP5F1AP8. Each is linked with CDC27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC27-to-partner and partner-to-CDC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by CDC27-low versus CDC27-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
