CDC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1F10, OPN1MW3, and LUZP4. Each is linked with CDC27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC27-to-partner and partner-to-CDC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL1F10 grouped by CDC27-low versus CDC27-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
