CDC27

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC27 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,380 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC27-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP6, ZNF142, and SETD2. Each is linked with CDC27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC27-to-partner and partner-to-CDC27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GBP6 grouped by CDC27-low versus CDC27-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
