CDC25A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC25A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC25A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADNP2, BRI3BP, and RNU2-27P. Each is linked with CDC25A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC25A-to-partner and partner-to-CDC25A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADNP2 grouped by CDC25A-low versus CDC25A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC25A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC25A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
