Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC25A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC25A-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eIF4E, and MEK1. Each is linked with CDC25A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC25A-to-partner and partner-to-CDC25A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CDC25A-low versus CDC25A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC25A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC25A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
