Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,271 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC23-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region, Protein import into nucleus, and Negative regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with CDC23 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC23-to-partner and partner-to-CDC23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region grouped by CDC23-low versus CDC23-high in PANCREAS.
