CDC20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC20-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-799P, RNU1-49P, and TTTY2. Each is linked with CDC20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC20-to-partner and partner-to-CDC20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-799P grouped by CDC20-low versus CDC20-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC20→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
