Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC16 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC16 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CDC16 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where CDC16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
