Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDC14B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CDC14B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CDC14B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDC14B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and MESO are the cancer types where CDC14B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
