CDC123

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC123 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC123-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSNDP1, RNU6-974P, and CYP4F36P. Each is linked with CDC123 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC123-to-partner and partner-to-CDC123 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BSNDP1 grouped by CDC123-low versus CDC123-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC123→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC123) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
