Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDC123 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,160 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC123-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, DNA replication initiation, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with CDC123 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC123-to-partner and partner-to-CDC123 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay grouped by CDC123-low versus CDC123-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
