CD99L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD99L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,242 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD99L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4530, SSXP9, and RPL17P3. Each is linked with CD99L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD99L2-to-partner and partner-to-CD99L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4530 grouped by CD99L2-low versus CD99L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD99L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD99L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
