Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD99 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,111 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD99-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, MAP1A, and SH3PXD2B. Each is linked with CD99 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD99-to-partner and partner-to-CD99 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD99 versus ACTN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
