Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD99 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,631 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD99-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE1A, SPARC, and GLT8D2. Each is linked with CD99 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD99-to-partner and partner-to-CD99 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD99 versus PDE1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD99→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD99) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
