Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD99 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD99-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTP4A1P7, RNU6-380P, and HINT1P2. Each is linked with CD99 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD99-to-partner and partner-to-CD99 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTP4A1P7 grouped by CD99-low versus CD99-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD99→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD99) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
