CD96

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD96 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD96-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC34, CENPU, and RAD51. Each is linked with CD96 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD96-to-partner and partner-to-CD96 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC34 grouped by CD96-low versus CD96-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD96→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD96) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
