CD96

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD96 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD96-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUH, ACER1, and OR10W1. Each is linked with CD96 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD96-to-partner and partner-to-CD96 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUH grouped by CD96-low versus CD96-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD96→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD96) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
