Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, mTOR_pS2448, and Akt. Each is linked with CD9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD9-to-partner and partner-to-CD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by CD9-low versus CD9-high in UCEC.
