Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,473 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Paranodal junction assembly, Myotube differentiation involved in skeletal muscle regeneration, and Myoblast fusion involved in skeletal muscle regeneration. Each is linked with CD9 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD9-to-partner and partner-to-CD9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Paranodal junction assembly grouped by CD9-low versus CD9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
