CD8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD8A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Caspase-8, and eIF4G. Each is linked with CD8A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD8A-to-partner and partner-to-CD8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by CD8A-low versus CD8A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
