CD86

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD86 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD86-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD4, CORO1A, and CSK. Each is linked with CD86 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD86-to-partner and partner-to-CD86 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD86 versus CD4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD86→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
