CD86

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD86 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD86-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, MFNG, and ETV7. Each is linked with CD86 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD86-to-partner and partner-to-CD86 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD86 versus CYTH4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD86→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
