CD86

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD86 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD86-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CD86 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD86-to-partner and partner-to-CD86 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by CD86-low versus CD86-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD86→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD86) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
