CD84

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD84 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,790 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD84-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGAP9, and PLCB2. Each is linked with CD84 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD84-to-partner and partner-to-CD84 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD84 versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD84→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD84) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
