Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD84 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD84-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CD84 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD84-to-partner and partner-to-CD84 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by CD84-low versus CD84-high in UCEC.
