Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD84 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD84-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK18, PRSS58, and DEFB125. Each is linked with CD84 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD84-to-partner and partner-to-CD84 results are reported.
