CD83

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD83 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD83-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR8, IGLJ3, and SNX22. Each is linked with CD83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD83-to-partner and partner-to-CD83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD83 versus TLR8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
