CD83

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD83 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD83-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP436, YTHDF3-AS1, and MICE. Each is linked with CD83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD83-to-partner and partner-to-CD83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP436 grouped by CD83-low versus CD83-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD83→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
